On our website it is possible to create a user account. When creating an account, we require the following data: email address, name and surname of the contact person, telephone number. This data is sufficient to perform most of the tasks related to running the trial version of the program. Additionally, the user can provide the following data: company name, street and number, city and postal code, voivodeship and Tax Identification Number. This data is required if the user wants to place an order at Software Clinic s.c. and use the commercial version of the SmartDental software and other services provided by Software Clinic s.c..

When creating a user account, you can consent to the sending of commercial information by Software Clinic s.c.
